Role Main Purpose: Assessing the clubs submissions and compliance of the club licensing requirements Operational Responsibilities: Ensure that Club Licensing system in SPL complies with the AFC Club Licensing Regulations, Manual and relevant guidelines. Assisting the compliance manager in ensuring the SPL and clubs comply with procedures in meeting the CL criteria Auditing the club’s submissions in respect of the club licensing regulations and requirement Preparing the reports of non-compliance to the various stakeholders Ensure that SPL and the Clubs comply with all procedures in meeting the CL criteria. Assist in & be responsible for educating SPL and the Clubs’ personnel for Club Licensing, and provide advice and recommendations, as well as follow-up visits. Draft letters to clubs and various stakeholders, as necessary. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. Sports Law is an advantage. 3-6 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in a regulated industry, football sports industry experience. Knowledge and Skills: Competent in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good communication skills. Good presentation skills. Reporting skills. analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work within a team. Must be fluent in written and spoken English. Preferably a native Arabic speaker
