The Club Manager is the heartbeat of the club — responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience, driving membership and training sales, leading a high-performing team, and creating a culture of positivity and progress. This role requires self-motivation, leadership, and a passion for fitness and personal growth. Responsibilities Membership + training sales – As Club Manager, you will be responsible for converting leads into loyal, long-term members by building genuine relationships, maintaining consistent follow-up, and demonstrating a sincere commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals. You will also promote and explain the club’s training services, clearly communicating how tools such as the Anytime Fitness App, and Evolt body scanner, can support members’ progress. In collaboration with the personal training team, you’ll help drive growth and success within the training department. Brand promoters – You will represent the Anytime Fitness brand with professionalism and pride, both within the club and throughout the community. By building relationships with local businesses and community influencers, you will help grow brand awareness and generate leads through business-to-business marketing, outreach events, and participation in national campaigns. Your enthusiasm, energy, and positive attitude will shine through in every interaction — whether in person, on social media, or at community events. Team builders - In this leadership role, you will hire, train, and coach a team that shares your passion for health and fitness. You’ll foster a supportive, high-performing environment that empowers your team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver a top-tier member experience. Through regular communication, recognition, and development opportunities, you’ll motivate your team to grow personally and professionally. Day-to-day operations – You will oversee daily club operations, including member engagement, sales reporting, and scheduling, using our club management software and billing systems. Ensuring that the club remains clean, safe, and fully operational will be a top priority. You will also review and analyze performance metrics regularly, using data-driven insights to set goals and identify areas for improvement. Culture creators – A key part of your role will be delivering exceptional customer service that makes members feel valued and inspired to refer friends and family. You’ll create an inclusive, welcoming environment where everyone — from first-time guests to long-time members — feels supported, encouraged, and motivated to succeed. Qualifications You don’t need a background in fitness — just the right mindset. We’re looking for someone who is: 18 years or older Available for flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends Outgoing, friendly, and approachable Honest, dependable, and self-motivated Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability Tech-savvy and comfortable with learning new systems Skilled at managing time, people, and priorities Passionate about helping others succeed No criminal record CPR, First aid and ASD certification Wage The Club Manager position will start at $21.00/hour with performance review after 3 and 6 months. Wage can be negotiated if applicant has prior experience as a Fitness Club Manager.
