An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Anytime Fitness Farnham branch as Club Manager.

The club manager role is at the heart of the business and you will be responsible for managing an Assistant Club Manager, personal trainers and cleaning staff. You will be accountable for ensuring the club hits key business KPIs as well as ensuring you provide a friendly, clean and compliant club for your members. You will ideally have previous sales experience with a warm personality and great problem solving skills with a passion for fitness!

  • Lead and motivate a Club team
  • Plan and execute Sales planners to ensure KPI targets are hit
  • Ensure the club is kept to a high standard at all time ensuring equipment etc is checked and compliant
  • Manage all day-to-day operations of the club
  • Generate prospects and new member sales through building rapport, conducting an effective needs analysis and overcoming and prospect objectives
  • Manage club outreach to gain prospects
  • Ensure all daily and monthly Health & Safety Checks are completed
  • Deal with all incoming member enquires delivering best in class customer service
  • Create a community feel within the club ensuring it’s a place members want to be
  • Fitness Experience desired
  • Personal interest in Fitness is a must!
  • Driven by targets
  • Friendly, approachable individual with a can-do attitude
  • A good communicator
  • Previous sales Experience
  • Previous people management experience desired
