Someone who understands how to build, coach, and lead a high-performing membership sales team, while creating an exceptional member experience. The Opportunity As Club Manager, you will take ownership of the club’s day-to-day operations, sales performance, team leadership, and member experience. This is not a desk-bound management role. You will be visible on the floor, leading your team from the front, driving sales activity, and creating a positive club culture that members and staff genuinely want to be part of. A key part of the role is leading a high-performing sales environment, ensuring the team consistently converts enquiries, nurtures leads, and builds long-term member relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing membership sales team Drive membership growth through strong sales processes, lead conversion, and community engagement Create a results-focused sales culture while maintaining a welcoming club environment Deliver exceptional member service and experience standards Manage club operations, rostering, and performance reporting Build strong partnerships with local businesses, sporting groups, and the broader community Maintain brand standards, presentation, and operational compliance Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives Ensure personal trainers and in-club businesses are set up to succeed About You Experience as a Club Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Sales/Membership Leader within fitness, hospitality, retail, or service industries Strong background in sales leadership and driving team performance Confident coaching a team to improve lead generation, conversions, and member retention Commercially aware with the ability to balance sales targets with culture and service standards Highly organised and confident managing multiple priorities Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills A natural community builder who enjoys being present and visible on the floor Passion for health, wellbeing, and helping people achieve their goals Why Bacchus Marsh?
