QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven leadership experience, preferably in the fitness, service, or hospitality industry.
• Strong sales background with the ability to motivate others to achieve sales goals is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adept at budget management and reporting.
• Hospitality experience is an asset.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• A passion for health, fitness, and changing lives.

• Spearhead the facility’s operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and energetic environment for members and staff.
• Drive membership sales and promote retention strategies with innovative community engagement.
• Manage financial budgets, including payroll, equipment procurement, and facility maintenance.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of fitness professionals to achieve personal and club targets.
• Oversee the personal training program, ensuring clients receive high-quality coaching and support.
• Cultivate a supportive culture that upholds our company values and vision.
• Club cleanliness and upkeep. We have a high standard for gym cleanliness and as such cleaning will be part of the roll.
• Social media management and engaging with members through various social platforms.
