JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Membership Manager for our Regency Circle to lead our membership initiatives and enhance member engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in retail and technology sectors, and demonstrate exceptional skills in territory management and business development. This role requires a proactive approach to analyzing membership trends and implementing strategies that drive growth and retention.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in retail sales or direct sales environments; experience in technology sales is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in territory management and developing business relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using software tools for sales tracking and member management.
  • A passion for fostering community engagement through effective membership programs.
    Job Types: Full-time, Contract
    Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that effectively communicate the value of membership.
  • Conduct regular outreach to potential members through various channels, including events and technology platforms.
