Job Description As the Club Millesime Assistant Manager, you will play an essential role in demonstrating the “Passion for Excellence” through serving our guests with flair and professionalism, ensure all guests are provided with personalised service and embody the art of French hospitality through a “can do” attitude. Other duties include, but not limited to: Deliver a personalised and memorable service to Accor Platinum members and VIP guests. Support and lead the team of 20+ ambassadors. Ensure that the club is managed efficiently, providing courteous, professional and flexible service at all times. Support Club Manager to train, mentor and develop all Club ambassadors. Have full working knowledge to supervise and coordinate all duties and tasks. About You Demonstrate the ability to be a true representative for the Sofitel brand by leading with luxury. Ability to express excellent presentation and communication skills, particularly amongst the requests of executive club and VIP guests. 2 years experience in Food & Beverage at a supervisory level or above, is essential. A passion to coach team on floor by paying attention to all details and guest services. A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate. Join Us!
