Job Description

  • Be available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with Sofitel Luxury service expectations.
  • Ensure personalised, efficient, luxury service is provided to all guests.
  • Embrace the service culture of Butler service.
  • To provide warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests.
  • Work cohesively as a team member.
  • Report to the supervisor at all times during the rostered shift and complete all duties assigned by the supervisors and team leaders.
  • To initiate contact with hotel guests to offer individual services and to ensure guest satisfaction. ·
  • Liaise with Chef/Kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to.
  • Ensure all Food & Beverage is served according to Club Millesime standards and exceeds the expectations of our guests.
  • Ensure the presentation of Food & Beverage within Club Millesime is of a high, luxury service standard.
  • Maintain product knowledge of all menus and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests.
  • Ensure you have a good understanding of allergens and dietary requirements.
  • Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy.
  • Ensure all mis-en-place is completed prior to guests’ arriving.
  • Carry out any additional duties as requested by the Club Millesime Manager and designated Club Millesime leaders.
  • Be available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with Sofitel Luxury service expectations.

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience within a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Always display a professional appearance, representing our Sofitel brand.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
