Job Description As the Club Millésime Supervisor, you will be a key ambassador of Sofitel’s Passion for Excellence, delivering personalised luxury service with flair, professionalism, and a genuine “can-do” attitude that embodies the art of French hospitality. Guest Experience & Service Excellence Lead by example in providing attentive, refined, and personalised service, ensuring guests’ needs are anticipated and responded to promptly in line with Sofitel Luxury service standards. Operational & Service Leadership Oversee the daily presentation and delivery of Food & Beverage within Club Millésime, maintaining the highest luxury standards while continually introducing new concepts and service enhancements. Collaboration & Communication Foster strong working relationships across all hotel departments, attending briefings and meetings to ensure seamless communication that supports both guest satisfaction and hotel operations. Financial & Administrative Support Support the Club Millésime Manager with budgeting, stock control, payroll, P&L, forecasting, roster creation, and departmental reporting, ensuring operational efficiency and commercial awareness. Team Development & Guest Feedback Assist with training and development of the team, while managing guest feedback platforms such as TripAdvisor, Trust You, Medallia, and comment cards to continuously enhance the guest experience. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in premium or luxury bar, lounge or restaurant operations, ideally in a leadership role within a five-star environment. The power of innovation and a passion for guest service and engagement to personalize experiences and resolve issues with professionalism and finesse. Solid understanding of beverage operations, including wine and champagne knowledge, stock controls, revenue reconciliation and POS accuracy. The ability to work in a diverse team and be the real deal acting as an ambassador for the Sofitel brand. Possession of a current and valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification. Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
