JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to members and guests.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
  • Handle check-ins for all members and guests.
  • Assist members with rental or demo club requests.
  • Process transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Coordinate with the Food & Beverage Team to meet the needs of members and guests.
  • Prepare end-of-day POS register reports.
  • Support quarterly stock counts as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in computer systems; experience with POS systems is a plus.
  • Background in hospitality, service, or retail industries preferred.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Availability to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
