JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking one or two organised individuals for these rewarding roles within real grassroots football.
Role 1: Main contact for Dorset Mini-Soccer league (Ages U7s to U10s)
Role 2: Main contact for Dorset Youth Football League (Ages U11s to U16s)

EXPERIENCE

  • No experience necessary as full training and handover provided
  • Organisation and communication skills required

Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism and courtesy

  • Registering team and players via the FA portal (already completed for 25/26 season) updating records as necessary for club members, players and officials
  • Collaborate with team coaches / managers and committee members to ensure effective communication re FA key messages
  • Triage incoming communications to the correct committee member or coach.
  • Attendance at committee meeting (minutes are prepared by others)
  • Oversight of insurance and licensing, where necessary, is in place
