Job DetailsYour responsibilities will include providing exceptional dining experiences to our member and guests, all aimed at fostering connections and ensuring our team thrives together in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members. • Greet and promptly serve members and guests. • Accurately take orders. • Serve food and beverages in a timely, efficient and correct manner never auctioning off food. • Move expediently and with purpose but in an unhurried manner. • Attend to members and guests’ needs and requests. • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace. • Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols. • Assist with table setting, clearing, and resetting. • Any other duties, as assigned.QualificationsRequired Skills and Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a friendly and collaborative atmosphere. • Ability to carry heavy plates, trays and racks. • A commitment to providing exceptional service that makes a difference to our Membership. • May be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Working Conditions: • You will be working indoors and outdoors in a restaurant environment. • Exposure to hot surfaces and sharp objects. Physical Requirements: • Standing, stooping, bending and twisting for most of the workday. • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
