The Clubhouse serves as the heart of the community, hosting classes, trips, events, and daily activities that bring residents together.   Position Overview The Clubhouse Activity Desk Associate provides front-line customer service and administrative support at the Clubhouse front desk. This role assists residents and guests with program registrations, answers questions, processes payments, and helps ensure daily operations run smoothly. This is a part-time, non-exempt position. What You’ll Do • Greet residents and visitors with professionalism and warmth  • Provide information about classes, trips, and clubhouse activities  • Process registrations, transfers, and refunds  • Collect and reconcile payments in accordance with procedures  • Answer and direct phone calls  • Assist with event check-in and light administrative tasks  • Support general clubhouse operations as needed       What We’re Looking For • High school diploma or equivalent  • 1–3 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred  • Friendly, service-oriented attitude  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)  • Strong communication and organizational skills  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Experience working with seniors or in a community setting is a plus. Compensation is determined based on internal equity and market considerations. Part-Time Benefits Information This is a part-time, non-benefits-eligible position.
