Role Overview As a Clubhouse Assistant at Rapha, you are a versatile ambassador who delivers a seamless customer experience across both retail and cafe spaces, ensuring every visitor is engaged, supported, and inspired by the Rapha brand. Accountabilities (What the role delivers) Act as the face of the Clubhouse, transitioning seamlessly between the retail floor and the cafe to provide consistent, world-class service and menu recommendations. Drive commercial results by using expert product knowledge to uncover customer needs and present the perfect technical apparel or lifestyle solutions. Support the Community Lead in the execution of Clubhouse rides and events, helping to build a friendly environment where the sport and culture of cycling are celebrated. Maintain the highest levels of visual merchandising and housekeeping while supporting cafe prep and back-of-house needs to ensure a premium brand presentation at all times.
