JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our friendly Clubhouse team here at Hadden Hill Golf Club. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and members, serving a variety of food and drinks and ensuring a positive experience for all our patrons. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided.
The hours are flexible and may differ each week. We will do our best to accommodate the preferences and availability of the right applicant.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in a catering or bar work is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Level 1 Food & Hygiene preferred but not essential.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Welcome guests, provide assistance, handle bookings, and address inquiries.
  • Food & Beverage: Prepare a range of hot and cold soft drinks, serve alcoholic beverages (18+), and support with light food service.
  • Till & Bookings: Accurately process payments and note phone reservations. Accurately handle cash and card payments.
  • General Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Clubhouse and bar, ensuring stock is replenished, tables are cleared and surfaces sanitised.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
