We believe golf is more than a sport, it’s a place where relationships grow, traditions thrive, and everyone is part of the community.   Job Purpose The Clubhouse Maintenance Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the clubhouse and surrounding facilities. This hands-on role supports daily operations by performing routine cleaning, light maintenance, and facility upkeep to ensure a welcoming and well-presented environment for members, guests, and staff.   Responsibilities   * Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse interiors including restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, offices, and common spaces * Perform routine light maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, minor repairs, unclogging drains, tightening fixtures, and basic troubleshooting * Conduct regular inspections of the clubhouse to identify maintenance or safety concerns * Support upkeep of outdoor areas including patios, walkways, and entryways * Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture or equipment as needed * Safely operate cleaning equipment and maintain proper storage of supplies * Respond promptly to maintenance requests from club staff * Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards * Report larger repair needs or safety issues to leadership     Qualifications * Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, facility maintenance, or a similar role preferred * Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment * Ability to perform minor repairs and general facility upkeep * Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Strong work ethic and reliability * Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed   Working Conditions * Regular movement throughout the clubhouse and surrounding grounds * Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 50 pounds * Exposure to cleaning chemicals, mechanical equipment, and varying indoor/outdoor temperatures * Work may involve early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on club operations   American Golf Corporation is committed to equal employment opportunities for all.
