Description Come to work and enjoy the view! Sand Point Country Club seeks outgoing, positive, self-starters to join our Clubhouse Team! We are looking for a year-round, Full-Time Maintenance Assistant for the following shifts: 5:30 am to 1:30 pm Thursday through Monday and must be available to work outside these scheduled hours as well. Competitive Compensation Package includes: Complimentary meals for shifts over 5 hours Pay starts at $24per hour, but can increase based on experience Club pays 80% of your medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days Club pays 100% of your life insurance and long-term disability after 60 days Matching 401k after 6 months Access to Club facilities including Golf, Tennis, Swimming, and Fitness Requirements Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of building maintenance in addition to basic knowledge of painting, plumbing, electrical and carpentry. Responsibilities
The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the clubhouse facilities and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for members. This includes performing various maintenance tasks related to building upkeep.
