Highfield Golf & FootGolf Kildare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clubhouse Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong, hands on leader to manage our front-of-house operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our front-of-house, bar, and catering operations. This role requires a hands on approach where you will be required to jump into various sectors of the business as needed. The role also includes:

• Developing an in-depth knowledge of our Golf and FootGolf offerings and packages.
• Ordering stock and maintaining an efficient stock system
• Hiring and training new staff
• Overseeing the smooth and efficient running of all clubhouse facilities

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality management and team leadership.
• Full weekend availability
• A proven ability to communicate new processes and changes to various team members.
• A working knowledge of Golf
• A willingness to jump in and help across various parts of our business as needed.

This opportunity is full time, and while weekend availability is essential, we are open to discussing the opportunity further with candidates who may have different needs e.g. 4 day week, reduced hours in winter etc.
