The Clubhouse Manager is a fully hands on role, primarily acting as the steward of the bar and manager of the day to day catering service operations. The Clubhouse Manager is expected to ensure that the facilities are available and presentable when there is a member or visitor demand for the services.
You will work with the General Manager to define seasonal core hours, however you will be expected to demonstrate sound commercial judgement and demonstrate flexibility based around the demand and the customer experience.
The Clubhouse Manager is expected to ensure that they liaise and co-operate with all other functions within the business to plan and effectively execute strategies for the clubs financial performance targets. They will be expected to have demonstrable & exceptional leadership, communication & customer service skills and show a fully flexible approach in delivering the requirements of the club. Must have previous experience in this role.
The Clubhouse Manager will have total responsibility for health and safety, cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance and any and all other legislative and compliance requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
