This is a hands-on role overseeing the day-to-day running of the clubhouse and bar, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with health and safety standards, and a welcoming environment for all. We cater to players of all ages and abilities and host a wide range of rugby, social, and community events throughout the year. Key responsibilities Manage daily operations of the clubhouse, bar, and function spaces. Oversee matchday and event service. Recruit, train and supervise staff. Manage stock, suppliers, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health and safety standards. Promote club memberships, social events, and venue hire opportunities. What you will need 2 - 3 years’ experience in hospitality or clubhouse management. Effective leadership and communication skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends and matchdays. Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety procedures. Organised, proactive and customer focused. What we offer Competitive hourly rate, plus commission.
