Job Description You are the Digital Marketing Expert for Food & Beverage, the incumbent will manage the Food & Beverage Digital Marketing function of the designated Properties (Hotels/Resorts). Managing digital/online business platform planning, executing, and measuring business impact in order to maximize awareness, and eventually bring-in traffic to restaurants/bars/outlets for long-term optimum growth and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: Develop digital marketing plans and strategies to drive online activities Track conversion rates and make improvements to online/digital platforms. Drives sales performance by leveraging data-driven strategies to reach specific audiences, optimize conversion funnels, and foster long-term customer loyalty. Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness. Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital campaigns. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. Perform any other tactical food & beverage digital marketing strategy. Qualifications Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in High Volume Digital Marketing. Strong understanding of current online/digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role, preferably from Food & Beverage background. Proficiency in English communication, presentation skills, and computer literacy.
