Our new Chief Engineer will lead and coach a small but talented engineering team to stay one step ahead of our everyday maintenance needs. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: * Oversee and manage engineering operations across multiple properties within the cluster, ensuring consistency and efficiency * Execute and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs to safeguard assets and maintain brand standards * Support the planning, execution, and tracking of CAPEX projects and engineering budgets * Ensure compliance with all safety standards, fire & life safety systems, and local statutory regulations across all properties * Drive sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives aligned with company and brand objectives * Provide hands-on leadership, guidance, and technical support to engineering teams at each property * Train, mentor, and develop team members to build strong engineering capabilities across the cluster What We need from you: * Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or in a similar role within a hotel, resort, or multi-property environment * Strong technical knowledge of building systems, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), and maintenance operations * Experience supporting CAPEX projects and working with engineering budgets * Good leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence teams across multiple locations * Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills * Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic oversight and daily operational involvement What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
