The Cluster Construction Manager (E2) is responsible for leading and overseeing multiple large-scale infrastructure and city development projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with client objectives, standards, and regulations. The role involves managing all phases of construction, coordinating with stakeholders, supervising contractors and consultants, enforcing HSE standards, and maintaining strong control over project planning, risk management, contracts, and reporting systems.
