We’re looking for a Cluster Director of Human Resources for Crowne Plaza Vientiane and Holiday Inn & Suites Vientiane — a people-focused leader who inspires, engages, and drives a culture of growth. In this role, you’ll be entrusted with the well-being, development, and performance of our colleagues, empowering them to thrive and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be: Lead the HR function, managing all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with business objectives, IHG ways of working and local employment regulations. Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies to ensure a high-performing, diverse workforce. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee performance, development, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date employee records. Develop and manage HR budgets, optimal labour standards, payroll administration and benefits programs. Promote a culture of employee engagement and development through effective communication and team-building initiatives. Lead and mentor a small HR team, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Collaborate with senior management to support the hotel’s strategic goals and business objectives.
