I will safeguard these pillars and their strategic planning and development and ensure all directives, practices, and initiatives are implemented, embraced, and adopted within the hotels.  Duties and Responsibilities   As Cluster Director of Marketing and Communications, I play a pivotal leadership role in shaping, elevating, and driving the overall brand positioning, visibility, and commercial performance of Six Senses across Ibiza, Rome, and Milan. I am responsible for defining and leading the strategic direction of marketing across the Cluster reporting to the Cluster Commercial Director, ensuring that each property delivers a distinctive, culturally relevant, and commercially effective brand expression that is fully aligned with Six Senses’ global vision, values, and long-term ambitions. Acting as a key connector between brand and properties, I define how the brand comes to life across all guest touchpoints — from campaigns and content to partnerships, activations, and on-property experiences — ensuring consistency, innovation, and impact across markets. I lead and develop the cluster marketing and communications team while providing strategic guidance to on property teams. I establish a clear operating framework that balances brand storytelling, guest engagement, and revenue generation. Strategic Leadership & Brand Positioning * Side by Side under the supervision of the Cluster Director of Commercial I define, lead, and evolve the overall marketing strategy for the Cluster, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, commercial objectives, and local market dynamics across Ibiza, Rome, and Milan. * I establish clear and differentiated positioning for each property, identifying key narratives, strengths, and opportunities, and translating them into compelling marketing strategies. * I drive long term brand equity while ensuring that marketing initiatives support short and mid term commercial performance. * I act as a strategic voice within the cluster, contributing to broader business decisions and ensuring marketing is fully integrated into commercial and operational priorities.   Brand, Content & Creative Direction * I define and oversee the content and storytelling strategy across all channels, ensuring a consistent, elevated, and distinctive brand voice. * I provide strategic and creative direction on key campaigns, ensuring concepts are strong, culturally relevant, and aligned with the luxury positioning of the brand. * I guide and challenge teams to elevate the quality, originality, and impact of creative outputs. * I oversee major brand moments such as openings, repositioning, and high-visibility campaigns, ensuring clarity, coherence, and ambition.     Partnerships, Collaborations & Brand Development * I identify, develop, and lead high-impact partnerships across fashion, culture, wellness, and lifestyle to reinforce the brand’s cultural relevance. * I build and nurture strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and industry stakeholders. * I drive the development of brand extensions and collaborative initiatives that enhance awareness and commercial performance. * I ensure all partnerships are strategically aligned, thoughtfully executed, and contribute to the long-term brand narrative.   Communications, PR & Brand Visibility * I define and lead the communications and PR strategy across the cluster, ensuring strong and differentiated storytelling. * I oversee the selection, management, and performance of PR agencies, ensuring alignment with cluster priorities. * I shape and control the brand narrative across media, press, influencers, and key opinion leaders. * I identify priority markets and visibility opportunities to optimize media presence. * I provide strategic direction to PR and on property teams, ensuring alignment and impact. * I ensure strong integration of PR, marketing, and commercial initiatives to maximize reach and ROI.   Campaign Leadership & Marketing Calendar Ownership * I define the annual marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across properties. * I oversee planning, development, and execution of seasonal and tactical campaigns from briefing to delivery. * I ensure campaigns remain locally relevant while maintaining a cohesive global narrative. * I establish clear processes and ways of working to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality execution.   Commercial Integration & Performance Management * I ensure all marketing strategies are aligned with revenue objectives, positioning marketing as a key driver of commercial performance. * I collaborate closely with sales and revenue teams to identify opportunities and maximize business impact. * I define and oversee performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures. * I monitor and analyse performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.   Team Leadership & Cluster Alignment * I lead, mentor, and develop the cluster marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. * I provide strategic direction and support to on property marketing teams, ensuring alignment across locations. * I establish strong governance and ways of working to enable efficient collaboration. * I act as the central point of coordination between properties, corporate teams, and external partners.   Guest Experience & On Property Activation * I ensure marketing strategies translate into meaningful guest experiences across all properties. * I oversee on property activations, programming, and events to reinforce brand positioning and drive engagement and revenue. * I collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment between brand promise and guest experience.   Innovation, Trends & Market Intelligence * I maintain a strong understanding of trends across luxury, hospitality, fashion, and culture. * I identify new opportunities for visibility, audience engagement, and creative differentiation. * I continually challenge existing approaches, bringing fresh thinking and innovation to cluster marketing strategies.   Qualifications  To execute the position of Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications, have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels with proven results,  and includes the following:  * A degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. * 8–10+ years of experience in senior marketing roles within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, or related sectors. * Fluency in English, with additional proficiency in Italian and Spanish considered a plus. * Proven experience leading multi-property or regional marketing functions. * A strong track record in brand building, strategic partnerships, and high impact campaigns. * Deep understanding of luxury audiences, cultural trends, and brand positioning. * Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and develop actionable strategies. * A strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to balance brand and business goals. * Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide cross functional teams. * High creative sensitivity and strong brand understanding. * Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. * Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and executional levels. * Strong organization, proactivity, and results orientation. * A valid EU work permit or EU citizenship.
