We are seeking a visionary and goal-oriented Director of Rooms to join our team. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Rooms Division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape exceptional guest experiences. Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Rooms Division, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence Oversee and optimize housekeeping and front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell/valet services Manage functions to maintain presentation throughout the property Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive positive reviews Analyze key performance metrics and financial data to make informed decisions and improve departmental efficiency Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Manage departmental budgets, control expenses, and optimize revenue generation Stay abreast of industry trends and local tourism developments to maintain the property's competitive edge Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in Rooms Division management within hotels or resorts Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores and operational efficiency Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels Proficiency in hotel management software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making Fluency in English ; additional languages are a plus In-depth knowledge of hospitality standards and best practices Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving service excellence Job-Category: Rooms Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
