Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Director of Sales to join our prestigious hospitality group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This key leadership role will be responsible for driving sales strategies and revenue growth across multiple properties in the region. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue across all properties within the cluster Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and optimize pricing strategies Collaborate with property General Managers and corporate leadership to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders Oversee the creation and execution of innovative sales and marketing campaigns Monitor and evaluate sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for the sales department across the cluster Drive MICE business growth through strategic partnerships and targeted initiatives Ensure consistent brand standards and guest experience across all properties Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 10+ years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality or related industry Minimum 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in a multi-property or regional capacity Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in luxury market segments Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, particularly in the Middle East region Expertise in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales Exceptional strategic planning and revenue management skills Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams Advanced negotiation and client relationship management skills Proficiency in market analysis, budgeting, and forecasting Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficient in CRM software and other relevant sales tools Ability to travel frequently within the cluster region Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial Job-Category: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
