Job Description We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Cluster E-Commerce & Distribution Manager to join our organization in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all e-commerce and distribution operations across our cluster, driving operational excellence, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and leading high-performing teams. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations and distribution networks across assigned cluster locations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with organizational standards Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth Manage inventory levels, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination to optimize stock availability while minimizing carrying costs Analyze operational metrics, sales data, and key performance indicators to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Implement and monitor supply chain strategies that enhance delivery speed, reduce operational costs, and improve customer satisfaction Coordinate with procurement, marketing, and sales teams to align inventory planning with demand forecasting and promotional activities Utilize ERP and inventory management systems to track performance, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making Develop and execute process improvements and operational initiatives that drive efficiency and scalability Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in distribution and e-commerce management Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation across distribution and e-commerce functions Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce management, distribution operations, or supply chain management Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and distribution best practices Proficiency with ERP systems, inventory management software, and data analysis tools Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with business intelligence tools Experience in the retail or e-commerce sector Company Location: Dukes the Palm, Dubai and NH Collection Dubai
