Job Description Main Responsibilities: Actively participate in the development of the strategic plan, marketing plan, and budgeting process, providing expertise in digital and e-commerce. Define and lead the yearly digital action plan covering both direct and indirect channels, aligned with revenue targets. Collaborate closely with the Revenue Management and Marketing teams to ensure coherence and performance across all e-commerce activities. Website Management: Oversee the updates and maintenance of the hotel website. Ensure the website is optimized for SEO and offers a seamless user experience. Regularly update the site with current offers, promotions, events, and relevant information (Rooms, F&B outlets, MICE). OTAs Management: Manage relationships with Online Travel Agencies (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.). Deploy and align the OTA strategy together with the Revenue Manager. Optimize listings and content across all third-party websites. Activate and manage promotional tools on OTA platforms Digital Marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies including SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns focused on Rooms, F&B outlets, and MICE. Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms, in collaboration with the marketing team. Manage email marketing campaigns through third-party tools, aligned with corporate guidelines. Contribute to the hotel’s online reputation management and work with Guest Relations to address online feedback promptly. Social Media Management: Coordinate and implement social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Create, publish, and monitor content across social media platforms Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of digital activities using various analytics tools (Google Analytics, CMS, etc.). Measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and the performance of both direct and indirect channels. Identify new revenue opportunities based on market studies, third-party intelligence, and internal data analysis. Qualifications 3 years of experience in marketing and/or communication University degree in Marketing and Communication or equivalent Fluent in written and spoken in English Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook); knowledge of the Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Knowledge of social networks and digital marketing Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal Experience in the hospitality industry is a must Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Highly responsible and reliable
