This role focuses on ensuring precise chemical handling, process efficiency, adherence to safety standards, and quality control measures, essential for producing high-performance solar cells with optimal efficiency and reliability. This role involves ensuring precise control over silicon removal and cleaning parameters, maintaining parameters uniformity, troubleshooting technical issues, work on completion of already defined DOEs on reflection, silicon removal, BOM (additives and process chemicals) and report compilation.
Responsibilities
The Shift Engineer - Cluster - Wet Chemistry oversees and optimizes wet chemistry processes for silicon wafer preparation in solar cell manufacturing. This includes ensuring precise chemical handling, process efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality control measures.
