CLUSTER EXECUTIVE CHEF - LUXURY RESORTS IN EGYPT

We are looking for a seasoned culinary leader from the cruise ship industry with a strong background in managing large-scale operations. As a Cluster Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing culinary excellence across multiple kitchens in prestigious resorts in Egypt.
Role Overview: As the Cluster Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading the culinary operations across several kitchens, catering to over 1250 guest rooms and servicing up to 3,700 guests. With a comprehensive F&B setup including 3 international buffet restaurants (seating capacity up to 700 guests), 15 speciality restaurants, and various snack outlets and bars, you will ensure exceptional dining experiences for the guests.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Cluster Executive Chef on cruise ships, with a track record of managing large-scale operations.
  • Strong culinary expertise with a deep understanding of international cuisines and trends.
  • Excellent leadership skills to inspire and motivate a multicultural team.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Available immediately with flexibility to relocate to Egypt.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Lead a diverse team of over 200+ kitchen staff, providing mentorship, training, and development to enhance skills and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with F&B managers to develop and implement menu concepts that align with guest expectations and seasonal offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and sanitation standards.
