OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cluster Finance Supervisor to oversee multiple locations within our organisation; the two key locations are Wigan Oaks Hotel and Chester Woodhey Hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management and leadership, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in financial planning and cost control, dedicated to driving performance and achieving business objectives across the cluster.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in financial management, with a strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial services, including budgeting and financial planning.
  • Previous leadership experience, preferably in a multi-site management role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the operational performance of multiple sites within the cluster, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial accounting for each location.
  • Implement effective cost control measures to optimise profitability while maintaining service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial services regulations and internal policies.
  • Manage accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
  • Foster a culture of leadership and teamwork among site managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for growth and improvement across the cluster.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and implement corrective actions when necessary.
