On behalf of its Bathroom & Wellness Division (sanitary ceramics, bathtubs, bathroom furniture, etc.), Villeroy & Boch is looking for a Cluster Financial Controller FraBeNeLux (régions France, Belgique, Hollande, Luxembourg). Summary of Job Description: The Cluster Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing financial operations of the Bath & Wellness division for the cluster, especially financial planning of our legal entities, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting. The role ensures robust financial performance management, establishes financial reportings, supports annual updates of transferpricing / intercompany-provisions and impairment calculations together with division financial controlling, group reporting and tax departments. It ensures compliance with Villeroy & Boch's accounting policies and relevant IFRS standards, and is also in direct contact with external auditors. The role includes a direct financial responsibility across the relevant entities within the countries France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg. Key Responsibilities: Performs and coordinates budgeting and forecasting processes across the relevant legal entities within the France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg region, including intercompany relations and mid-term planning. Support the risk management process to identify and assess financial risks. Contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting for the Villeroy & Boch and Ideal Standard entities. Performs calculation of transferprices and intercompany-provisions together with the central financial controlling team and central group reporting & tax department. Establishment of documentations for year-end closing and hard-close to auditors and prepare Balance Sheet reviews. SG&A control and analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on structure costs, identifying areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements and provide proactive recommendations to optimize financial results. Ensures correctness of our internal and external reporting: ensures data integrity and consistency across the financial systems. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects, e.g. S/4 HANA implementation and integration tasks. Monitor and manage the cash flow for the Villeroy&Boch and Ideal Standard entities, including forecasting, and planning processes. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification could be a strong plus. Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years experience in financial controlling, audit, or accounting roles Skills: Experience with SAP (FI/CO modules), experience with S/4 HANA could be a plus. Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Résumé du descriptif de poste : Le Contrôleur Financier du Cluster est responsable de la supervision des opérations financières de la division Bain et Bien-être pour le cluster, et plus particulièrement de la planification financière de nos entités juridiques, de l'établissement des budgets, des prévisions et des rapports mensuels. Ce rôle garantit une gestion rigoureuse de la performance financière, établit les rapports financiers , et contribue aux mises à jour annuelles des prix de transfert , des provisions intersociétés et des calculs de dépréciation en collaboration avec les services de contrôle financier de la division, de reporting du groupe et de fiscalité. Il assure la conformité aux politiques comptables de Villeroy & Boch et aux normes IFRS applicables, et est également en contact direct avec les auditeurs externes. Ce rôle comprend une responsabilité financière directe auprès des entités concernées au sein des pays France , Belgique, Pays-Bas, Luxembourg. Principales responsabilités : Effectue et coordonne les processus de budgétisation et de prévision au sein des entités juridiques concernées dans la région France, Belgique, Pays-Bas, Luxembourg , y compris les relations interentreprises et la planification à moyen terme. Appuyer le processus de gestion des risques pour identifier et évaluer les risques financiers. Contribuer aux processus de clôture financière mensuels, trimestriels et annuels , et assurer un reporting précis et en temps opportun pour les entités Villeroy & Boch et Ideal Standard. Effectue le calcul des prix de transfert et des provisions interentreprises en collaboration avec l'équipe centrale de contrôle financier et le département central de reporting et de fiscalité du groupe. Établissement des documents nécessaires à la clôture de fin d'exercice et à la validation définitive des comptes par les auditeurs, et préparation des revues de bilan. Contrôle et analyse des frais généraux et administratifs : surveiller, analyser et rendre compte des coûts de structure, identifier les domaines d'optimisation des coûts et d'amélioration de l'efficacité et fournir des recommandations proactives pour optimiser les résultats financiers. Garantit l'exactitude de nos rapports internes et externes : garantit l'intégrité et la cohérence des données dans l'ensemble des systèmes financiers . Effectuer des analyses financières ponctuelles et soutenir des projets spéciaux , par exemple les tâches de mise en œuvre et d'intégration de S/4 HANA. Surveiller et gérer les flux de trésorerie des entités xxx, y compris les processus de prévision et de planification. Éducation : Licence ou Master en finance , comptabilité, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe. Une qualification professionnelle en comptabilité serait un atout considérable. Expérience: minimale de 3 à 5 ans dans des fonctions de contrôle financier, d'audit ou de comptabilité. Compétences: Une expérience avec SAP (modules FI/CO), une expérience avec S/4 HANA pourrait être un atout. Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et de PowerPoint Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de pensée critique et de résolution de problèmes.
