Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Cluster General Manager to lead two distinctive in Tbilisi – the Swissôtel Tbilisi and the Mercure Tbilisi Old Town. This key leadership role requires a dynamic hospitality professional capable of balancing the sophistication of a luxury hotel with the operational agility of a midscale brand. As Cluster General Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences across both properties, while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue, profitability, and market share. Oversee daily operations across both hotels, ensuring brand integrity and service excellence. Inspire and develop management teams to achieve performance and engagement goals. Manage financial performance, budgets, and KPIs for both properties. Uphold and promote Accor brand standards across Swissôtel’s luxury positioning and Mercure’s approachable midscale identity. Build strong relationships with owners, corporate leaders, and local stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and brand requirements. Qualifications Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field. 7–10 years of hotel management experience, including 3+ years in multi-property or cluster leadership. Proven success in commercial performance and achieving KPIs. Strong background in Food & Beverage operations and guest experience enhancement. Demonstrated ability to manage owner relations and complex stakeholder environments. Strategic, results-driven leader with strong financial acumen and operational expertise. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (Georgian or Russian a plus).
