Cluster General Manager Crowne Plaza Vientiane & Holiday Inn & Suites Vientiane We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Cluster General Manager to lead Crowne Plaza Vientiane and Holiday Inn & Suites Vientiane, two prominent IHG hotels in the Lao capital. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for the operational, financial, and brand performance of both properties. The Cluster General Manager will provide clear strategic direction, inspire high-performing teams, and build strong, trusted relationships with owners and key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a visible, hands-on leader, comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving market, and capable of driving sustainable results while upholding the highest standards of guest experience and brand integrity. The Role Provide strategic and inspirational leadership across both hotels within the cluster. Drive overall financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, and cost control. Ensure consistently high guest satisfaction and full compliance with Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn & Suites brand standards. Lead, develop, and retain a strong executive team and pipeline of local talent. Build and maintain trusted relationships with the owner, government bodies, corporate partners, and the local community. Oversee sales, marketing, and distribution strategies to protect market leadership across corporate, government, MICE, and long-stay segments. Ensure full compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements. About You Proven experience as a General Manager or senior hotel leader with full P&L responsibility, ideally in a clustered or multi-property environment. Strong commercial, financial, and operational acumen, with a track record of delivering results in complex or emerging markets. Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy, transparency, and cultural awareness. Confident communicator with strong owner, stakeholder, and government-facing capability. Solid experience in city hotels with strength across Rooms, F&B, and Conference & Events. Asia-Pacific experience highly preferred; Southeast Asia exposure is an advantage. Fluent in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
