Job Description A unique opportunity to lead 2 established resorts through an exciting upcoming rebranding journey, while creating exceptional luxury experiences that bring the destinations to life through authentic local knowledge and memorable guest connections while maintaining operational excellence You will elevate performance, ensuring excellence in every detail and inspire teams to create M Moments. Every stay will be an invitation to the guests to reconnect to the present moment. You will be responsible for: Lead the overall operations of both resorts, ensuring strong financial performance, guest satisfaction, service quality and operational efficiency. Drive the rebranding program, ensuring seamless transition while maintaining business continuity and minimizing disruption to guests. Oversee implementation of brand standards, systems, policies and service culture in partnership with ownership and MGallery brand. Manage renovation and capital improvement projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and aligned with brand requirements. Lead and develop the resorts teams, driving change management, people readiness and employee engagement throughout the transition. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates on operational performance, project progress and rebranding milestones. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety and brand requirements while protecting and enhancing the value of both resort assets. Qualifications Your experience and skills include:· At least 5 years experience in luxury hotel/ski resorts management including pre-opening experience Strong Educational background Strong command of English and Japanese, both written and spoken Good understanding of the ski resort operations Experience in managing relationships with hotel owners Additional Information What is it for you : Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor Hotels worldwide.
