Cluster General Manager | Staybridge Suites Phuket Bangtao & voco Phuket Bangtao A rare opportunity to lead the launch of two distinctive IHG brands in one of Phuket’s most dynamic coastal communities. IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Cluster General Manager to oversee the pre-opening and positioning of: • Staybridge Suites Phuket Bangtao – 344 keys | Opening Q4 2026 • voco Phuket Bangtao – 170 keys | Opening Q4 2027 Located in Bangtao on Phuket’s west coast, the development sits next to Porto de Phuket and Boat Avenue — at the heart of a vibrant integrated community of residential, retail, dining, and golf. The area is within 30 minutes of Patong, Phuket Old Town and Phuket International Airport. The role • Lead end-to-end pre-opening execution across both hotels • Full cluster P&L accountability and performance delivery • Drive commercial strategy aligned to Phuket’s demand profile • Build and lead strong executive teams from the ground up • Work closely with ownership to optimise asset performance and long-term value What we need from you • Proven GM experience with full P&L responsibility • Strong pre-opening track record • Commercially driven with solid resort or leisure market exposure • Confident and solutions-oriented in owner partnership • Thailand experience preferred; Thai language a plus #LI-AG1 What we offer A cluster leadership role with IHG Hotels & Resorts, competitive remuneration, and long-term career pathways across global IHG network. Responsibilities

This role also involves driving the commercial strategy aligned with Phuket's demand profile and building strong executive teams from the ground up.
