We are seeking a Group Reservations Agent (Cluster) to support AC Hotel Marriott Southbank and Melbourne Marriott Docklands Hotels in a Full Time role. What you will do Reporting directly to the Reservations Manager, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Reservations Agent. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  * Handling and processing reservations and inquiries from all booking channels * Pre-arrival check to ensure guest history is linked and relevant booking information is updated. * Action room block monitoring, rooming lists, reporting pick up, VIP and upgraded accommodations. * Follow up on No-Shows and late cancelations and process charges appropriately * Analyse and update all guest requests that are tailored to their requirements * Assist and coordinate guest bookings, engaging with them and exceeding their expectations * Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings * Liase with other like-minded departments to deliver service excellence with each customer experience * Complete reservation administration tasks and offer general support to the team * Close communication with relevant teams to ensure every guest has a smooth arrival experience.
