The ABD Cluster Head will be responsible to achieve the Division, Department and Cluster KPIs by driving the sales force and leading the corporate team effectively. Engage effectively with agency leaders and producers with the view to enhance their productivity, awareness of regulations, throughput and overall contribution Achieve the Cluster Head KPIs, comprising of Financials, Risk Management & Compliance, Manpower, Segmentation and Projects Achieve the Financial Objectives of Total Weighted New Sales (TWNS) and New Business Embedded Value (NBEV) Devise and develop Agency wide as well as Cluster Sales Tacticals and Campaigns to spur sales growth Attend Agency events which may require providing motivational speeches as well as be a representative at Corporate events Deliver regular reporting on the business Represent the Department in cross-department and cross-organizational engagements and meetings Participate actively in Strategic Planning exercises Lead effectively and regularly engage with the Cluster team members that comprise the Business Development Managers, Product Managers and Business Support staff Work closely with the other Cluster Heads and ABD Head to achieve Company and Division objectives Manage overall department budget and allocate resources based on business priorities As part of the leadership team, work with key stakeholders to proactively shape the organisation’s culture and conduct environment that is aligned to the organization’s Core Values Champion culture and conduct behavioral expectations within the Department/ Division Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company Highlights any potential concerns/ risks and proactively shares best risk management practices Strong Leadership Qualities Proficient in Microsoft Office Substantial industry or role related experience Recognized Degree Project Management experience added advantage Demonstrates alignment with the organisation’s core values through expected behaviours High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
