Job Description – Bullion Manager

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bullion Manager with a strong background in investment banking, precious metals trading, and bullion operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing bullion trading activities, investment operations, risk management, and relationships with banks, refineries, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bullion operations, including gold trading, purchasing, selling, and settlements.
• Handle gold investments, bullion transactions, and market exposure management.
• Monitor international gold prices, market trends, foreign exchange rates, and investment opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, bullion dealers, refineries, and financial institutions.
• Manage trading positions, liquidity, margins, and financial risks.
• Oversee bullion inventory, stock reconciliation, and physical gold movements.
• Ensure accurate transaction records, reporting, and timely settlements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE regulations, AML requirements, and internal controls.
• Prepare periodic reports on trading performance, profitability, market exposure, and operational risks.
• Coordinate with finance, treasury, compliance, and management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, bullion trading, precious metals, or treasury operations.
• Strong understanding of gold markets, bullion trading, investment products, and risk management.
• Experience managing high-value bullion transactions and relationships with financial institutions.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant trading or treasury systems.
• Knowledge of AML, KYC, and applicable UAE regulatory requirements.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with accuracy and integrity.

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Managing Bullion operations: 3 years (Required)
