ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • 3–5 years in a revenue management role with some experience of 4-star level.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of RevPAR, ADR, RGI, and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience managing multi-property revenue strategies and distribution channels.
  • Proficiency in RMS, PMS, and CRS systems (e.g., Opera Cloud, Ideas)
  • Highly organised, analytical, and a forward-thinking problem solver.
  • Experience with STR, OTA Insight, and other market intelligence tools.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Resilient, driven, and inspired to deliver results in a competitive environment.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple functions.
  • Willing and able to travel across the cluster as and when needed by the business.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially savvy Cluster Hotel Revenue Manager to oversee a portfolio of 4-star hotels in the UK including:
· Voco Edinburgh – Haymarket, Edinburgh
· Lansdown Grove Hotel, Bath
· River Ness Hotel, Inverness
· Exmouth Beach Hotel, Exmouth
This role is at the heart of driving revenue performance, maximising profitability, and shaping the long-term commercial strategy for the cluster.
You will work closely with General Managers and Reservations team to ensure optimal pricing, distribution, and inventory strategies. With strong analytical skills and a forward-thinking mindset, you will develop innovative revenue strategies, adapt to changing market conditions, and ensure your hotels outperform their competitive set.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead revenue management strategy across the cluster to maximise total revenue and profitability.
  • Analyse data and market trends to identify opportunities, forecast demand, and optimise business mix.
  • Drive pricing, distribution, and yield strategies across direct and third-party channels.
  • Produce accurate revenue forecasts and support the preparation of budgets and sales & marketing plans.
  • Monitor competitor performance, benchmark against the market, and implement strategies to stay ahead.
  • Oversee group business strategies, including pricing, contracts, and account management.
  • Collaborate with GMs to drive commercial performance.
  • Ensure revenue management systems are fully optimised, accurate, and aligned with hotel needs.
  • Manage overbooking strategies to maximise occupancy levels.
  • Provide clear, regular insight and reporting to stakeholders on revenue performance.
  • Travel regularly across the cluster to build strong working relationships and embed a revenue management culture.
