Responsibilities
The administrator will serve as the primary HR contact, managing confidential employee records, training documentation, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process including onboarding and compliance checks. They will also assist with payroll audits, generate HR reports, and contribute to cultural initiatives and HR projects.
