A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you will mainly be responsible for:

  • Lead the day-to-day Human Resources operations across both properties.
  • Partner with department leaders and management on people-related matters and Human Resources initiatives.
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, colleague engagement, talent development and retention initiatives.
  • Support performance management and employee relations matters.
  • Ensure Human Resources policies, procedures and practices are consistently implemented.
  • Lead and support colleague engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Monitor Human Resources reports, headcount, turnover, absenteeism and other key Human Resources metrics.
  • Support learning and development initiatives and career growth opportunities for colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations, IHG standards and internal Human Resources policies.
  • Coach and develop the Human Resources team to deliver a high level of service to colleagues and leaders.
  • Support audits, colleague welfare initiatives and other Human Resources projects as required.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace culture across both properties.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a Human Resources Manager or Cluster Human Resources Manager role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources operations, employee relations, recruitment and colleague engagement.
  • Good understanding of UAE labour laws and Human Resources practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A people-focused approach with a genuine passion for developing and supporting colleagues.
