Oversees the maintenance/upgrade of sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure all food served to guests, employees are free of microbiological, chemical and physical contamination, and all work areas conform to required Hygiene and Sanitation levels Manage the hygiene budget and ensure all expenditure is authorized and recorded Manage the ordering and stock control of hygiene consumables and chemical Maintain detailed cleaning instructions and schedules for every hygiene activity that meet the requirements of the food safety standard Responsible for effective and efficient maintenance of records related to the Hotel's sanitation and hygiene efforts/ program Formulate and maintain an updated procedural manual and methodology manual that is constantly available for use and review by the section personnel Maintains documentation on all hygiene and food safety standards throughout the operation Qualifications Diploma/Degree from accredited college or Health, Hygiene & Food Safety provider More than 3 years experience within Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Minimum 3 years experience in the Hotel or Food service industries Prior experience in Food Safety & Hygiene auditing can be advantageous Additional Information What is in it for you: Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor Hotels Worldwide Develop your talent through learning programs by Academy Accor Opportunity to grow within your property and across the world!
