Day to day you will: Lead with purpose: Take ownership of delivering compliance engagements including financial statements, IFRS, and tax returns. Co-ordinate team workflows, manage priorities, and ensure deadlines are met while driving efficiency and quality throughout the compliance process Develop talent: Coach, mentor, motivate and empower your team through effective work allocation, onboarding, and performance management. Drive innovation: Suggest process improvements and technical enhancements to elevate compliance work. Engage stakeholders: Develop strong, trusted relationships with partners, client managers, the team and clients. Work collaboratively to identify challenges and craft effective solutions, while confidently representing KPMG in external interactions Collaborate nationally: Share knowledge and resources across teams and locations and contribute to firm-wide initiatives that promote excellence and innovation. Technically strong: Resolve compliance issues and ensure adherence to GAAP, KPMG standards, and the Income Tax Act. About you: Proven experience (in a similar role) managing complex engagements and leading teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at all levels. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Courage to innovate and integrity to uphold the highest standards.
