Coordinate the development of the Cluster wide medicines optimisation plan and ensure delivery of agreed objectives. Lead on the development of cluster wide integration of pharmacy and place based partnerships. Contribute to the strategic planning of team projects, identifying interdependencies across projects/functions, potential impacts on wider organisational, resource requirements and building in contingency and adjustments as necessary. Contribute to the development of performance and governance strategies and the development and implementation of improvement programmes in accordance with locality and PCN priorities.
Coordinate across cluster to ensure technical resource is prioritised, organised and managed in accordance with the needs work-plans. Support team members to manage and prioritise their own workload through effective time management skill sharing. To be responsible for the personal development of the technician workforce in own locality and their attendance at planned and mandatory training. Support the Portfolio & cluster Leads in devising work plans for Place based medicines optimisation teams to implement Contribute to strategic planning for the next financial year within assigned Portfolios of work and have the ability to make adjustments in year when necessary
