As Cluster Leader Banking Application Operation, you will assume overall responsibility for several operations teams and their services in the banking environment. You will lead people, develop organizations, and ensure that our customers benefit from highly available, stable, and future-proof application operations.

What is your creative space?

• You lead a cluster of several Banking Application Operation Teams in the Finnova Core and DWH environment and are responsible for its strategic and operational development.
• You develop managers and employees and create an environment that promotes personal responsibility, collaboration and continuous learning.
• You bear overall responsibility for the stability, availability, quality, compliance and profitability of the supported banking applications and services.
• You maintain trusting customer relationships and work closely with customers, service managers, delivery organizations, and other stakeholders.
• You are responsible for the capacity, resource, and budget planning of your cluster.
• You drive the continuous optimization of operational processes, automation solutions, and the further development of modern operating models in the cloud and platform environment.
• You actively shape change processes, support the introduction of new technologies, and ensure the successful implementation of new requirements.
• You take responsibility for escalations in complex operational situations and ensure sustainable solutions.
• You will support the expansion of the service portfolio and ensure that your cluster makes a significant contribution to the implementation of Inventx's corporate strategy.

What are you bringing?

• Completed studies (university of applied sciences, higher education institution, university or comparable) with a focus on computer science, business informatics or comparable training and further education
• Several years of management experience in an IT service, operations or application operations organization, ideally in the banking or financial services environment.
• Proven experience in leading executives and larger organizational units
• A solid understanding of IT service management, operational processes, and service organizations.
• Experience in handling business-critical applications such as core banking and data warehousing, as well as high demands on availability, security, and compliance.
• Strong customer focus and the ability to communicate and advise professionally at the management level.
• Strategic thinking combined with strong implementation skills and pragmatism
• Experience in transformation projects and interest in topics such as cloud, automation and platform operation
