We are currently seeking an experienced individual with a background in retail sales and proven leadership skills to take on the challenging and rewarding role of Team Leader. As a Cluster Leader overseeing multiple stores you will be responsible to drive sales, motivate your team of Foreign Currency Sales Consultants, grow key KPIs, and maintain the compliance and safety of your store. It will be your responsibility to work closely with the Regional Leader to ensure that your store is contributing to meet area targets. This role will be overseeing multiple stores including Joondalup, Whitfords, Karrinyup and Innaloo. Your roster will be predominantly Monday-Friday, however as a leader you will need to be open to weekend shifts on a business needs basis. More than just currency exchange... As a Foreign Currency Sales Consultant, you'll be an expert in our key products: foreign currency, prepaid travel money cards, and international money transfers. As one of the last stops for avid travellers on their journey overseas, you’ll be giving our customers more bang for their buck with your own tips, tricks, and recommendations for their trips too.
