Description
  • Coordinate and facilitate orientation and onboarding programs for all new team members.
  • Organize, schedule, and monitor all learning and development activities across both hotels.
  • Deliver and coordinate mandatory, operational, and leadership training programs.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance, certifications, and learning reports.
  • Manage the Learning Management System and ensure training data is up to date.
  • Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads.
  • Support the implementation of annual training plans and learning calendars.
  • Coordinate cross-training, departmental training, and development initiatives.
  • Assist in driving employee engagement, recognition, and talent development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Minor Hotels, brand, and statutory training requirements.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare monthly training reports, dashboards, and compliance statistics.
  • Support performance development initiatives, succession planning, and career development programs.
  • Coordinate external training providers and maintain relationships with educational partners where required.
  • Promote a positive learning culture by encouraging continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Cluster Learning and Development Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or Training within the hospitality industry.
  • Previous experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment is preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HRIS platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across two hotel properties.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence employees at all levels.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Passion for developing people and creating engaging learning experiences.
  • UAE hospitality experience is preferred.
