Assists in the validation of qualified media requests and marketing partnerships for the company’s further reach in reputation and standing. Responds to marketing queries, and assists in the coordination and organization of familiarization trips, media stays, and collaborations. Assists the team with ongoing media and PR efforts, including media and influencer relations, press trips hosting, and engaging with partners and collaborators before, during, and after their stay. Imbibes each property’s brand identity and keeps up with brand updates. Assists the team and other stakeholders in upholding the branding guidelines and implementing brand standards. Coordinates and produces internal photoshoots for both properties, particularly for online content and tactical marketing collateral. Assists media when shooting on the premises. Assists in the production of brand and lifestyle shoots. Assists in the development and execution of creative concepts, projects and events, such as Pullman’s annual Pillar Weeks. Coordinates and works with other departments and stakeholders for the success of MarComm-related activations. Creates short-form copywriting for marketing collateral, reports, etc. Provides support in organizing marketing logistics, encompassing early-stage planning, creation of marketing assets, and overseeing budgetary aspects. Engages in the design and production process for advertising content, marketing brochures, sales kits, and additional promotional items. Assists in various areas as needed, whether PR, Crisis Communications, and Digital Marketing, to develop into a well-rounded marketing communications professional. Qualifications At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing Communications and/or PR in the hospitality sector. At least 2 years’ experience working on property, with understanding of hotel/resort operations. An excellent grasp of the English language, both verbal and written. Ability to speak and write Mandarin will be an advantage. Has copywriting skills and can write short-form copy for promotional material, social media, blogs, and editorial and business writing. Experience in using AI tools is an advantage. Hyper-organized, self-starter, problem solver, analytical, and is business driven. Experienced in organizing events, scheduling, and is able to coordinate activations between various stakeholders. Has an eye for detail, is creative, can adapt to different brands’ aesthetics. Has experience in working with platforms such as Canva, Pinterest, and social media channels. Is adept at using Microsoft Office. Experienced in creating presentation decks on PowerPoint and other Can provide writing and other past work samples. Understanding of and sensitivity to diverse international clientele and the ability to tailor marketing efforts to various cultural preferences.
